This project was initiated
by Staf Pypen one day in March of this year.
In an e-mail to Dave, Staf asked if he would like to contribute to a song tribute
to Steven - with guitar and keyboard tracks.
Dave responded after a day or two of thinking about it and his memories of Steven,
and asked if he could go as far as write the music to team up with the meaningful
lyrics that Staf had already written.
It all seemed to fit in the grand scheme.
Dave asked Richard if he would consider laying down the bass tracks and Rich said
"Of Course".
Dave presented Staf and Richard with a small sample of an idea for the music in May which was "approved" and the stage was set to begin ...
The Details:
Base track recordings are being done in the USA.
Update July 3rd - The song is now written and base tracks are recorded.
